Do vehicles come serviced?

All our vehicles are provided with full-service history.

Do all cars come with a MOT?

Here at Veloce Autos we provide our vehicles with a 12 Month MOT assuring the customer to have peace of mind.

Has the vehicle been checked?

We provide a full PDI (pre-Delivery inspection) with all of our vehicles, your purchased vehicle would have gone through an intensive 150 point check with a 10 mile test drive.

This assures us the vehicle is fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

Does the car come with a warranty?

If the vehicle is still under manufactures warranty this is transferred to the new keeper automatically, dealers have no obligation to provide a warranty; however, at Veloce Autos Ltd all our vehicles come with a standard three month warranty with the leading experts Warranty Assist or Warranty.

Are the vehicles damage free with no finance?

Veloce autos strive to assure customers peace of mind.
All our vehicles are provided with an HPI report, this will give confirmation to previous damage, mileage discrepancies and outstanding finance.

Why are you appointment based only?

We thrive off customer service and satisfaction, it takes roughly 2 hours to pursue a sale which is long time to wait around, hence we book you a two-hour slot, this enable the sale team to give you a personal unique experience with no interruptions

Do you deliver?

We offer numerous methods of delivery.
We can drive the vehicle to your preferred address.
Delivery is offered nationwide, at a sensible rate.

Do you provide finance?

Being FCA registered gives us the opportunity to work with a number of lenders at very competitive rates.

We are able to offer PCP, HP and Lease Purchase.
We offer all these facilities on site and aim to have you driving away in your new vehicle within 30 min of proposing the application.

Will you add miles post purchase?

The vehicle will go into storage awaiting collection.
